Reviews and Ratings

Feedback about The Cornwall Hotel Spa & Lodges from previous guests about their experience
Review summary
Based on recent reviews
Powered by AI
Guests consistently praise the hotel's beautiful setting within wooded grounds, sometimes likening its style to Scandinavian design. The rooms are often described as a good size, and some feature balconies. The spa facilities, including the pool, sauna, and steam room, receive high marks, while dining experiences stand out, especially the afternoon tea and substantial breakfasts; some guests have, however, noted occasional inconsistencies in service speed at the bar. Its location provides convenient access to attractions such as Wheal Martyn, Pentewan Sands, Charlestown, St Austell Brewery, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, and the Eden Project.

broken air conditioningdisjointed process
I had some issues . The air conditioning in my room was broken. This made the room uncomfortably hot. It wasn't fixed even after I reported it. The layout was also awkward, breakfast items were spread across different areas. There weren't many fresh fruit choices when I arrived for breakfast.
